Fascia and Beyond Seminar​​Seminar Description:This dynamic two-day seminar encapsulates the foundation of fascia, the latest research behind fascia and most importantly, why both physical therapists and massage therapists need to understand fascia. Common dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system can occur as a result of injury, surgery, postural dysfunctions, or repetitive strain injury, will be extensively reviewed. Attendees will learn how to assess fascial distortion and trigger points. Attendees will learn myofascial release, IASTM and other techniques to improve mobility.  Mobility and stabilization exercises will taught and extensively reviewed teaching attendees how to improve mobility at the ankle and hip and stability within the knee and lumbopelvic region. Providing all those who attend with new knowledge and a toolbox of manual techniques that can be used the very next day.
